We do not use sales people, in most cases it will be the fitter who comes out to do the survey, so you can be assured they know what they are talking about. You will not receive a price at this point. this will be forwarded to you so there really is no pressure.
What will happen
- You will contact us and a visit will be arranged.
- We will do a survey for the installation work you require and at this point you will be shown samples/brochures etc.
- You can ask about any concerns you have and the fitter will discuss any issues they see.
- Once all information is collected, we will leave and forward you the quote by phone, email or post.
- We will not go to the van then come back and say we have spoken to the boss and can offer you a discount off an over inflated price if you sign up right now.
If you are happy with our quote, we will arrange to come to you again and get the works to be carried out put on a contract. The quote will not change unless you change or add something that wasn’t on the original agreement.
